Walk around the outside of the Pokemon Center until you reach one step North of the sign. No new items are available from the left (top) clerk at the Pokemon Center, but the right clerk will sell four TMs. Talk to the man next to the counter to receive Ten Red Shards. When you arrive in the city, head to the Pokemon Center to heal up your Pokemon and collect any new Medals. Nimbasa City is also home to the fourth GYM Badge of Unova.
